The Brown Animal Rights Coalition (BARC) is a Category II student group which is dedicated to raising awareness of animal rights issues and encouraging dialog between vegans and vegetarians. This list (BARC-ANNOUNCE) serves as a notification method for related events and activities, in contrast to the BARC list, which provides a forum for discussing relevant issues and upcoming events. BARC-ANNOUNCE has less traffic (twice weekly or less) than BARC.
