With the new version of P5, the structDate and structTime elements were 
removed and attributes notBefore and notAfter added to date and time. 
But, there must be an default, because these attributes, very useful, 
are not available for docDate element. That would be very interresting 
to add these attributes for this element. Is it possible ?
