Welcome to Bisexu-l! Bisexu-l is a list originally designed to discuss issues of bisexuality, but has evolved to a point where long-time posters simply assume bisexuality as an orientation and go on from there. This does not mean that questions and issues about bisexuality or coming out as bisexual are not welcome on the list; it just means that if you want to discuss such things you must be prepared to raise them and not wait for someone else on the list to do so. The list is open to anyone. We do not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, gender, sexual preference or sexual orientation. For purposes of personal privacy, the list of members is confidential. Excessively rude, obnoxious or abusive postings will not be tolerated. We like to encourage cordial and civilized exchange of ideas, opinions and experiences relevant to the topic of bisexuality between members of all sexual orientations and preferences. This list is NOT intended in the spirit of separatism from any existing lists relevant to lesbian, gay and bisexual issues; rather it is an additional forum for discussion of bisexual concerns in particular. By the same token, the existence of Bisexu-l should not imply in any way that other discussion lists are no longer appropriate forums for discussion of matters pertaining to bisexuality.
