Dear all:

In working on the Campā inscriptions, Arlo Griffiths has a text in which 
it's appropriate to mark a punctuation character as being unclear. 
Neither of the following seems to be valid:

<unclear><pc>|</pc></unclear>

<pc><unclear>|</unclear></pc>

How should we proceed?
