I've just tried this out, but it doesn't work:

nsgmls -s  0.tei
nsgmls:/usr/local/lib/sgml/tei/teicore2.dtd:86:30:E: parameter entity "n.loc" not defined
nsgmls:/usr/local/lib/sgml/tei/teicore2.dtd:86:36:E: delimiter ")" invalid: only data tag group, model group, element token, "#PCDATA" and token separators are allowed
nsgmls:0.tei:2:1:E: no document element

Is this something in my setup or a bug in the DTD?
