Hi,

We are novices with both XML and TEI and are working on a project using TEI
Lite dtds in XML.  We have created a dtd at the Pizza Chef and have tried
the "lite and loose" dtd, however, when we assign the dtds to our texts in
XMLSpy, we cannot deviate from the hierarchy.  We have consulted the
"Construction of an XML Version of the TEI DTD" by Sperberg-McQueen as well
as this listserv archive and the CoverPages.


Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
