Thanks for the offer!  At http://www.tei-c.org/P4X/DTD/ you can find the
archive file dtd.zip; this file requires a cleanup, please: there are
concurring *.dtd files in the subdirectory "DTD/" and in the toplevel
directory.  The files in the toplevel directory are newer... confusing.

Please, consider to ship a so called catalog file, too, listing the
Formal Public Identifiers.
