I am working with an e-journal which is considering moving from DC to TEI
headers for their meta-documentation.  In the process, I am interested in
learning [what / where / about] search engines that specially target
metadata and especially TEI tags.  This is a very new field for me, so I
appreciate any information, URL's, etc. you can send my way.
