Peter,
I have sent the modified source files.

About the only one I use is the "Send Break". I have assigned it
to command-` (command-begin-quote - (the char under the tilde)).
I believe this is referred to as "Attn." (attention) on most other
emulators, as well as the original 3270 terminals. In TSO/ISPF,
the Attn. and the PA1 perform similar functions (aborting the
current process, but the PA1 key tends to not get the machine's
attention as well. The Attention (send break) always works.

I would use shift-end for this function, as I use the unshifted "end"
for erase-eol. This puts it in a convenient location grouped with
several other similar functions in my keyboard mapping. I'll send
you my keymap definitions file as well, It has extensive changes
to be efficient in the TSO/ISPF environment.
