When the phone line drops, TN3270 starts piling up windows on the screen:

tn3270: Unable to read data for "abacis2": Bad file descriptor.

The windows come in two sizes, many more small ones than large ones,
but the text is the same. A crackling noise is heard in the speakers,
and then I get:

kernel panic   stack_alloc: no space left for stack wps (I'm not sure
of the last word here.)

I think this is reproducible -- at least, it has happened twice.
