This is magnificent, and should forthwith replace all training courses for
Humanities IT staff, whether users or support personnel. What more needs to
be said or shown to such people?

In fact it is so hugely funny that in future any of my best Friday pm
efforts to raise a smile would fall very flat by comparison, so I think I
shall abandon any further home-grown attempts at humour on this list. Which
means Matthew has done the list a double service in a single posting.
