Gosh. You are a nice lot of people out there!

After just one day I now have possible/probable/completed
translations of the static text in my XSLT stylesheets for all the
following languages:

  Bulgarian Chinese Czech Danish Dutch Finnish French German Greek Hindi
  Hungarian Icelandic Italian Japanese Polish Portuguese Romanian
  Slovenian Spanish Swedish Tibetan

Any Arabists to hand?

I also have lots of people interested in a larger scale translation, which
is very heartening. We'll be making more plans for this over the next 2
months,
culminating in some demonstrations at the TEI Members Meeting in Bulgaria
in late October; with hopefully some real projects started by then.
