I think everyone has done a great job of nailing down the park that Mark
J. has asked about. However, I would expect that the official Bike
Downtown meeting place designated in the webpage that Mark cites below
is likely to be, in fact, this one (Riverside Square Park):

This is more northerly than the Vintner Ave. park, so if you all meet up
there you might be lagging behind the 'official' group, if there is any.
The only other 'Riverside Park' by name is the Riverside Recreation Area
on Somerset, which is not anywhere near the bike path.
Might be worth a check with Bike Downtown?
