Yes (though with lowercase 'ref' as Christian has already pointed out.) What
this doesn't add which the bookmarklets do is the ability to highlight a bit of
text which is an element/attribute/className and then click the bookmarklet to
be taken straight there with no typing. Since the bookmarklets are just a
javascript bookmark, maybe they could be combined and given a keyword.
I'll add your instructions to that page of mine sometime today though to show an
alternative way to do it.
I've considered writing a greasemonkey script which would then turn any mention
of a recognised TEI element/attribute/class into a link to its reference page if
on some user-customisable wildcard set of URLs.
