Dear Emanuele,

I'm not sure I see why the two uses of <sic> you mention below are 
different? Is it because "arbero" is an error on L's part while "lacho 
sa" is just irregular orthography? In which case, you might simply tag 
the two examples as follows:

<choice>
   <orig>lacho sa</orig>
   <reg>la cosa</reg>
</choice>

and

<choice>
   <sic>arbero</sic>
   <corr>albero</corr>
</choice>

(For you shouldn't have an @corr attribute at all if you're using P5, 
which you seem to be if <choice> is available.)

If they are both errors, however, then use choice/sic/corr in both 
cases. Would that work for you?
