There is something up with the TEI website (http://www.tei-c.org/) -
it's slow to load, doesn't come up with any sort of error but just
hangs there. Oddly, I am able to go straight to the elements appendix
(http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/html/REF-ELEMENTS.html),
but nothing else I click comes up.
