Thank you for answers! I'm still using P4 I'm afraid. Laurent: I looked at
the encoding of dictionary entries, but I think it is too detailed for my
use, and it also belongs to a different tag set (dictionaries) than our
other texts.
But the <index>/<term>-solution is really interesting. This would make a
much better connection between the commented text and the comments. So I
will certainly consider this alternative.
