bear in mind that
* no. 1 is a source for 3, and is superceded by
what comes from the stylesheets normal distributon, for conversion
to/from ODF
* conversions to/from ODF are less advanced than to/from OOXML
* no. 4 above is the source for no. 2 above
all in all, no 2. is the one to pay attention to there.
All that said, also bear in mind that many word-processors do a pretty good job of
exporting to HTML, which can be cleaned up. It can be a better experience.
I wish I didn't have to say "it all depends" but sadly it does :-}
