Not quite the same thing, but I maintain a tei to rdf conversion, which I hope to talk about at the MM in Wurzburg. It does not cover much at all, mind you :-) the target rdf is CIDOC CRM.
It is supposed to work in oxgarage but there is some small brokenness at present.
