Dear colleagues:

While I'm troubling the list, can I ask for pointers to good examples of 
the markup of book reviews? I'm particularly interested in something 
that can help us distinguish the book review from other articles 
appearing in journals, and how we might best distinguish the 
bibliographic details of the book under review from those of the review 
itself.
