I tried Sebastian's suggestion myself:

and I got:

"Error occured. Please check the filetype and try again.?
Error type : class pl.psnc.dl.ege.exception.ConverterException
Error message : Exception thrown by OutputURIResolver"

Maybe the EGE-WebClient has its day off? ;-)
