I am still wondering how to make nsgmls parse the TEI header without any
error message:
 
     /home/karl/project/hist/history.sgml:4:12:Q:
     length of parameter entity name must not exceed NAMELEN less
     the length of the PERO delimiter (7)
     ...
 
I am looking for a way to increase these values.  Maybe I have to use
the standard capacity set entry in the SGML declaration (``CAPACITY
PUBLIC "ISO 8879-1986//CAPACITY Reference//EN"'').  Where may I find a
file, which describes this reference?
