We sent the following question to the List:
We would like InContext to represent phonetic characters, not just a
character entity number. Possible or not?"
- - -
This is (part of) a reply:
"InContext represents characters in a 16-bit unicode, versus 8-bit, which
gives it the ability to display a much larger number of characters than
8-bit. InContext understands character entities and converts those into
16-bit characters and displays them on the screen. This conversion is based
on a set of mapping files that are the standard ISO character mappings."

So, now the question is: Where can one find this set of mapping files that
are the standard ISO character mappings? And what do we have to do to make
them work? Can anyone help?
Best regards
