I'm writing from the Newspaper La Nacion in Costa Rica, I'm a Librarian.
We are working on a project, construction of a SGML electronic database.
Beginning last month we have an electronic database in html,the URL is:
http://www.nacion.co.cr/~document/search.html. (Also electronic
newspaper La Nacion at http://www.nacion.co.cr)
 
I know about the TEI. I have little information, but I'd like it if
someone could tell me what experience they have had in SGML electronic
databases with the TEI DTD.
 
PLEASE describe the markup process for one JEP article?
 
How long will the mark-up process for one article take, once you have
the electronic document until you put it in the data base?
 
Would it be possible to send me a example of the DTD in SGML,
to see the tags, .......
