I don't think it makes a lot of sense to use TEI Lite for encoding
dictionaries. Why not make your own TEI-dict-lite application by
customizing the TEi dictionary tagset? (you could use my lovely new
pizza chef for the purpose)
 
There's more to TEI than Lite!
