The Koch Associate Program is a year-long, paid program designed to develop promising leaders and entrepreneurs interested in liberty and a career in the non-profit arena. During the program, Associates spend four days each week working in a position with a reputable think tank, policy organization or other partner non-profit, and then one day at the CGK Foundation learning Market-Based Management®. Through interactive exercises, reading discussions, engaging speakers, and practical work experience, Associates develop the knowledge, skills and experience necessary for careers with market-oriented think tanks, policy institutes, and other non-profit organizations. Associates range in experience from recent graduates to those with a decade of work experience, and come from diverse fields and academic majors.
