10-Month old infant with huge hepatosplenomegaly ?most likely diagnosis A 10-month old female infant presented with gradually increasing abdominal distention without fever, vomiting,jaundice,altered bowel habit,urinary problem,swelling of legs and other part of body,bleeding disorder,convulsion, loss of appetite and significant weight loss. There is past history of 4 episodes of pneumonia but not severe enough to admit in the hospital. She is not from malaria and kalazar endemic zone.
