Physics WiSE is the physics branch of the Women in Science and Engineering organization. We welcome all genders, seeking to strengthen a supportive community within the physics department (and the sciences in general). Our events, such as conversation groups, lunches with professors/alumni, and dinner panel discussions create forums for constructive discourse about gender in the sciences. We also seek to inspire new generations of scientists with an outreach program, giving presentations at local schools about physics, astronomy, engineering, etc. These presentations are in collaboration with other campus groups such as the Society of Women Engineers and CubeSat. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or contributions!
