My three favorites are only quasi-medical (they occurred in the ED but don't have much to do with medicine)
A little boy told me has had been to see "101 Damnations." Mom was fairly embarassed.
A little girl told me she drank "Jessica" for her upset stomach. Her Mom explained that she meant "Fresca."
Finally, a very precocious second grader was drawing a three-dimensional object on a pad of paper. I was very impressed with his drawing skills. When I asked him what it was, he said, "A three-dimensional ambulance." Obviously this guy is headed for a career in EMS...
Isn't this why we love taking care of kids?
