Well...it is not less possible than a language that puts everything in place
structure and prepositions. Languages which use 15 or so cases normally tend
to have isolated for morphemes for case, numeral and genus (if the mark the
other two at all). Instead of having a single morpheme that marks all of
them (like -us for Nominative Masculine Singular in Latin).
