A stub is Wikipediaese for an article that is too short to be called
an article. Generally, an article this size is large enough to be
called a stub no longer, but whether an article is called a stub
depends on the opinion of the person who called it that.
(Stubs, IMO, usually are one- or two-sentence articles, like "A frog
is a green animal that says Ribbit.")
