I'm sure they do already exist, though because teiHeader decisions are
one of those things that seems to differ most from place to place, that
may be why there are few general solutions.
Since we are on the topic does anyone have any TEI<->OLAC or TEI<->OAI
metadata crosswalk XSLT I could customise?
