1) Bring up Google.
2) type in "exist" as search term
3) Choose first item returned (which even beats "does God exist" into second
place, testifying that where Google is concerned the power of savvy
page-authorship, appropriate domain name choice and being linked to from the
right places beats even the power of prayer.)
If the authors of ConTeXt had been equally savvy, their product could have
topped a Google search for "context" too. Instead, that coveted position
goes to a Croatian programmer who did the Right Thing Google-wise for his
software and so comes up number 1. Note (lower down the list) that the
ConTeXt people haven't even bothered to adjust their html so that Google is
able to put the name of the product it has indeed found into the title of
the hit link. Where search-engine visibility is concerned, people who don't
work the system don't get easily found.
