Congrats on the health gains. I've always argued that consistent exercise, supplemented with proper eating, is a great way to improve health.

Alas, I'm going in the opposite direction, tore my rotator cuff in March, and 5 months of PT etc hasn't improved it much. I can't lift my left arm very high, every morning, in order to put on deordorant, I grab hold of the edge of the sink, lean back and half kneel down. That raises my arm high enough. So even my mild three mile compute to Brown on a bike is almost undoable. As a result, I'm getting lazy, gained weight, and beginning to think one of those H2 Hummers might be a perfect for my commute if they were only a little bigger...
