There was significant discussion on this issue on the list just over
a year ago, and also over a feature request on Sourceforge.
However, the conversation on the issue of proper attributes for
<measure> never flowered, as the conversation over the initial
question (subtype=) took over. Thus there has been no concensus on
how to properly treat this issue, so I haven't actually updated P5
yet. I am still leaning heavily towards count=, unit=, and content=
(or some such names).
