In current practice, using CSS to reposition elements in a document is
not really practical. I can see it might be one day, though.
Using JS for creating everything has its attractions, I agree. But you
are condemning us to maintaining vast libraries of awful low-level DOM
stuff in XSL.
Doubtful whether the user gets a better experience?
