Word and OpenOffice would be contenders for when you
use the TEI for writing daily papers, if one could iron
out the <-> TEI converters. I confess, my own OO <-> TEI
is in the doldrums due to incomprensible crashes in OO.
The next generation of web-based editors is probably
the place to expect something to emerge.
