What might be a more appropriate element in P5? Making at least one
distinction at the element rather than attribute level would simplify the
markup (and perhaps be more accurate from a descriptive point of view).

I still have some doubts about the appropriateness of calling "pav'd"
and "that's" an abbreviation. But apart from that, it does.
