The Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, University of Louisville
School of Medicine at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville,
Kentucky is recruiting additional faculty members. Academic rank and
track will be commensurate with experience. Interested individuals
should have completed sub-boards in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or be
sub-board eligible and interested in working in an academic environment.
The position will include a combination of supervisory and direct
patient care responsibilities.
Kosair Children’s Hospital has an annual volume of over 47,000
patients, and is the referral site for southern Indiana and western
Kentucky for critically ill and injured children. The Division of
Pediatric Emergency Medicine currently has fourteen attending
physicians, two general pediatricians, and six fellows in training. The
