Apple's implementation of Java 6 comes only in 64-bit mode. The Mac
version of the SWT library (written in C, not Java), which Vesta
apparently demands, comes only in 32-bit mode (and fixing this would
require a complete rewrite, so it won't happen anytime soon). If Vesta
also demands Java 6, there is nothing you can do, but, if not, you can
use Java Preferences (in Utilities) to make Java 5 (32-bit) your
