Which reminds me of what I used to tell my pediatric residents and fellows during their cardiovascular exams: "Never tell a parent that you're feeling their child's chest for a thrill!"
BTW, it appears that you Peds-EM folk get all the "fun" diagnoses, and those of us in the PICU world don't. Apparently you filter them out for us (and for that we are grateful!).
