So I have two question for the list:
1) Do you commonly treat mothers that are breast feeding infants with thrush
with no symptoms of breast/nipple involvement. Either by oral fluconazole or
nystatin applied to the nipple.
2) Is any one using oral fluconazole for infants (nonimmonocompromised) ,
the recommended dosing and duration of treatment, side effects if any to
Fluconazole (14days +) 6mg/kg IV/PO x1 then 3mg/kg/qd for 7-14 days
