The recent stylesheet and TEI Guidelines releases should have solved the problem several
people reported about the wrong datatype being used for xml:id attributes. If this
bit you, you know about it! (otherwise, if that sounds like gobbledygook, ignore this message….)
Unfortunately I only put the fix in the XSLT 2.0 stylesheets, and so Roma still produced
the wrong behaviour. I have corrected the stylesheets behind http://www.tei-c.org/Roma/
by hand, but I will need to make a new stylesheet release in a day or two.
Summary: if you use the old XSLT 1.0 stylesheets to process ODD files, wait for a new release.
I hope there are not many of you.
