Please excuse for jumping on this rather "old" thread but I wanted to
mention redmine (redmine.org) with which we are really happy. It is
released under the GPL, just reached v1.0.1 (we actually never had
problems since 0.6x) and is actively maintained, developed and
supported. You can try the demo at http://demo.redmine.org/
