To the best of my recollection, when I began to use TEI, P4 was already
part of TEI-Emacs.
As for P5, I honestly don't remember whether I first downloaded the
DTD/Schema(s) from the TEI site, or used the package in <oXygen/>. In
any case, I always use the full schema, so I certainly did not get it
through the Pizza man.
