Yes, that is true. It is fairly simple to install it though, all
information is in the first section of this file. I changed this in the
wiki to make it more explicit. Nevertheless, I can imagine that it might
be difficult for some users. I just bundled a small addon for firefox4.
It requires at least firefox 4.0 and Zotero 2.1.x. Please let me know if
this works for you, as I just hastiliy put it together without having
much expertise in building firefox addons. If there is anybody willing
to contribute in this area, that would certainly be great.
After having installed this addon, you may select an exporter named
"TEI" when exporting items from your bibliography.
