My question is perhaps naive regarding this issue, but would it not be a
good idea to first translate these tei:index/tei:term into an extended
tei document (containing one or several tei:div for the index/indexes)
and then derive from this new document either an inDesign, LaTeX or
whatsoever thing ?
The question probably arises as well for table of contents.
I think that the way the tei stylesheets that derive xsl-fo are in this
line of thoughts, but am not entirely sure.
