It's my understanding that the Board will be issuing a formal statement
explaining the situation by the end of the week. We're all waiting
anxiously to read it.
It does, though, take a long time to come to a consensus about this sort
of thing. Take a look at the Council's archives to see how long it took
us to come up with those three paragraphs we've just sent out!
