I am running a long-time online "born digital" encyclopedia called the
Digital Dictionary of Buddhism (East Asian "dictionaries" 辞典 are
actually more like Western encyclopedias) which is done in a form very
close to TEI, except for a couple minor differences in tagging (if I had
known more about TEI when I started, it could easily be fully conformant).
This project runs from http://www.acmuller.net/ddb, with the data
delivered by XSLT. You can select or search an individual entry (log in
with username "guest", no password) and then click on the "XML Source"
link on the upper right hand side of the displayed entry.
I have also placed a small sample file at:
If you're interested in more about this, such as schemas and XSLT,
please let me know.
