It's funny (but makes sense) that you said this. I was just revising
our guidelines on this and was switching from free-@style attributes
to a more constrained set of choices via @rendition and <rendition>.
Until now we'd only used @rend with a handful of styles enumerated
externally in our ODD, but I can see the value of a declaring a TEI
document's rendition values in its teiHeader.
